Our system sends an inactivity email 25 days without a pirep filed by you, the pilot. From the date that email is sent, you have 13 days to either contact your Hub Manager and ask for an “Leave Of Absence”, or make a flight. If no action is taken by you, you will be terminated from MetroAir. Read your emails people… I’ve noticed old timers here who have been terminated because they probably ignored the emails or simply forgot about them. The system is unforgiving…it’s automatic, the termination was nothing personal. We believe that 1 flight per 30 days is more than reasonable.
Also, please check your email addresses that you have listed with us to make sure that they’re correct. If we receive a non-deliverable bounce back due to an email address that doesn’t exist, we will terminate the account.
Please read your emails and take the appropriate action so you will not end up on the “Former MetroAir Pilot” list…we want you around here!! 🙂
