Meet your new Hub Manager

The past few days have been very busy with staffing at MetroAir. As of last night, everyone has a new hub manager.

Due to real world time commitments, Joseph Sutkowi resigned from his position as Washington Hub Manager on Saturday. Mr. Sutkowi has done an exemplary job  as hub manager for the last 16 months. Please take the time to thank him for his hard work and dedication to MetroAir.

Tim Moskal has taken a red eye to Washington and is now the new Washington Hub Manager. “While Ontario is great, I love the east coast”, said Moskal. If you are a Washington hub pilot, say hi to Tim and introduce yourself. Or you can always file a PiRep to keep Washington in the lead in the hub competition!

Steve Watson has been chosen to replace Mr. Moskal as the Ontario Hub Manager. Mr. Watson has been flying for MetroAir since September of 2008. Recently he has also assisted as a beta tester.  He is a dedicated Ontario pilot and has certainly did his fair share of boosting Ontario’s statistics in September’s Hub Competition. Join me in welcoming Steve to his new office at MetroAir.

Last, but not least, Derrick Medlin is our newest Allegius Hub Manager. Mr. Medlin has been a MetroAir pilot since March of 2008. He has been a staunch Washington supporter, but I promise he won’t show any favoritism when processing PiReps. While at MetroAir he has not only been a beta test but has also helped some new pilots get their MetroAir and Vatsim careers off the ground. If you’re buzzing by in DH8, make sure you wave to Derrick and say hi.

Thank you Joseph for everything you have done on staff! Congratulations to Tim, Steve and Derrick as they settle into their new offices!
